There is a 1-hour minimum purchase for new customers. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am until 6:00pm PST. Hourly rates are billed every 30-minutes after the first hour. Any work performed outside of normal business hours, weekends or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate.
$150/hour – Normal business hours, Monday-Friday
Weekends and After-hours are available
Custom bids are available
When purchasing a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use during our regularly scheduled times.
Unused hours purchased expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Any purchases made on the client’s behalf will always have their approval beforehand, no surprises!
We are completely transparent with prices on any hardware of software we use for your project.
Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the amount of time and effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.
We are offering 50% our hourly rate, up to $500 of our normal hourly rate, for all work contracted before January 31, 2022. Wiring drops not included.
